Meet Michaelia

During her youth, Michaelia could be found eating veggies from her grandmother’s garden, picking cherries from the farms in Brentwood, CA, and trying the diverse street food in San Francisco. As she grew older she developed a knack for combining flavors and taking friends and family’s breath away with her elaborate food displays. Guided by her love of cheese and curiosity of the infinite number of crackers, cheese, spread, meat combinations, Honey Brie Mine was created. An opportunity for friends, family, and sometimes strangers, to gather enjoy, and create.

Each box is carefully created and beautifully arranged, with hand-selected artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits & veggies, an assortment of dried fruits and nuts, crackers, bread, spreads, and premium chocolates. No box is alike, making each box a conversation piece and a new opportunity to create and try new flavors.
